Technology has improved our lives and we keep defaulting to using it more in multiple areas of our lives.

At the same time, it has massively reduced the personal interaction we have with other people. Most of us spend a great part of our day in front of screens.

This is digital clutter.

In the world we live today, using multiple devices, apps, and online services, digital clutter can lead to disorganization, stress, distraction, exhaustion and reduce the quality of our mental health.

This is why digital decluttering has become popular.

Digital decluttering is the process of organizing, cleaning, and making your digital life simple by managing the digital content and data that accumulates across various devices.

This is a journey that is not easy to tackle. It’s easy to get lost and you may be unsure as to where to start. Much like physical decluttering, everything will seem important until you get strict with yourself.

Once you do this declutter, you will be able to spend your 24 hours on the things that actually matter.
